1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and TGTools (“TGTools”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of our website, dashboard, wallet, API, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account, connecting a wallet, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your country of residence.

The Service is not available to persons or entities located in, or acting on behalf of any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, or to anyone appearing on a restricted-party or sanctions list. You may not use the Service if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law.

3.Description of Service

TGTools is an independent platform that lets users purchase Telegram Stars and gift Telegram Premium using TON cryptocurrency. Orders are fulfilled through the Telegram/Fragment ecosystem. We also provide a balance wallet, a referral program, and an API for programmatic access.

4.Accounts & Security

To use most features you must create an account using email, Google, or Telegram sign-in. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
• Do not share, sell, or transfer your account or API keys to third parties.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

5.Wallet, Deposits & Balances

The Service includes a balance wallet that reflects TON credited to your account after an on-chain deposit is detected and confirmed. Deposits are credited only after the required number of network confirmations.

• You are solely responsible for sending funds to the correct deposit address and network. Transfers sent to the wrong address or on an unsupported network may be irrecoverable.
• Your balance is a record of value held for purchasing products through the Service. It is not a bank deposit and does not earn interest.
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible. We cannot reverse a confirmed on-chain transfer.

6.Orders, Pricing & Delivery

Prices are displayed at checkout and may fluctuate with the TON exchange rate and market conditions. When you place an order, the applicable amount is debited from your wallet balance and the order is submitted for fulfillment.

• Delivery times depend on the Telegram/Fragment network and the accuracy of the recipient details (such as the Telegram username) you provide.
• You are responsible for entering the correct recipient. Products delivered to a username you supplied are considered successfully delivered.
• If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will credit the corresponding amount back to your wallet balance.

7.Refunds

Because purchases involve digital goods delivered through third-party networks and irreversible blockchain payments, all sales are generally final.

• If we fail to deliver a paid order, the amount is refunded to your wallet balance.
• We do not provide refunds for orders delivered to an incorrect recipient supplied by you, or for changes in the TON exchange rate after purchase.
• Requests related to failed or duplicated orders should be sent to support with the relevant order reference.

8.Referral Program

Eligible users may earn rewards by referring others through a unique referral link. Rewards are credited according to the terms shown in your dashboard, which we may update from time to time.

We may withhold or revoke rewards obtained through fraud, self-referral, fake accounts, or any abuse of the program.

9.API Usage

The API lets you purchase products programmatically using an authenticated API key. You agree to keep your key secret, to comply with any rate limits, and not to use the API in a way that harms the stability or security of the Service.

We may throttle, suspend, or revoke API access for abuse, excessive load, or any breach of these Terms.

10.Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity.
• Purchase products for or on behalf of sanctioned persons or entities.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use stolen funds, stolen payment methods, or chargeback-prone sources.
• Resell or misrepresent the Service, or infringe the rights of others.

11.Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, and logos (excluding third-party marks), is owned by TGTools and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our permission.

12.Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that delivery times, prices, or third-party networks (including Telegram, Fragment, and the TON blockchain) will always be available or accurate.

13.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TGTools and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, funds, or data arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

14.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
